Hannaford Gift Cards

We have a fundraising program using Hannaford Gift Cards.  Our goal is to raise $6,000/year.  How do we do this?  To participate, all you need to do is give us a check (or cash) and you receive a Hannaford gift card for that amount.  After your initial purchase of the card, reloads are done directly to that card as long as you have it.  Hannaford gives St. Joseph’s an additional 5% in gift cards which we sell as our “profit”.  If 100 families purchase $100/month, we will reach that $6,000 goal!  The more who participate and purchase, the more we will receive!  

Here is how it works:

-By the specified date (we currently place orders twice per month), we need to receive your payment
(checks should be made payable to St. Joseph’s Church) by 10:00 am at the Parish Office.  Payments may be mailed to or dropped off at the Parish Office (231 Second Street) or dropped in the weekly offertory basket in an envelope marked “Hannaford”.  

If you are ordering in an amount other than $100, your orders must be in $50 increments (please note the total amount on the card can never exceed $500).

-If this is your first order, you will be called when the gift card is received and you may pick up the card at the Parish Office between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (unless other arrangements are made in
advance).  

After you have received your first card, all of your future orders will be reloaded onto that card and the money should be available on that card by 4 pm on the day the order is placed.  If you can provide us with an email address, you will be notified as soon as the funds are reloaded and ready to use.

-As an added incentive, for every $50 purchased, your name will go into a drawing. Every quarter we will draw a name and they will receive a bonus $25 gift card!
